Hazelnut Latte Cheesecake

Makes 12 servings

Prep time 40 min, bake 1 hr. 23 min, stand 5 min, cool 1 hr, chill 8 hours.

1 (7 ounce) package chocolate biscotti, finely crushed

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup butter or margarine, melted

1/3 cup whipping cream

¼ cup ground millstone hazelnut cream coffee

5 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 ¾ cups sugar

3 tbsp all purpose flour

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

4 large eggs

2 egg yolks

1 (16 oz) container sour cream

1/3 cup sugar

hazelnut mocha shards (optional)

Garnish: fresh whole strawberries

Stir together first 3 ingredients. Press on bottom and 1 inch up sides of a lightly greased 10 in spring form pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min or until lightly toasted. Cool on wire rack.

Microwave whipping cream at high 1 ½ min or until thoroughly heated. Stir in coffee grounds, and let stand for 5 min. Pour coffee mixture through a fine wire mesh strainer into a bowl and let cool completely.

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with heavy duty electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add 1 ¾ cups sugar, flour, and vanilla, beating until smooth.

Add eggs and egg yolks, 1 at a time, beating just until blended.

Stir in coffee mixture. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake at 350 on lower oven rack 10 min. Reduce oven temp to 325 and bake 55 more min or until almost set. (cheesecake will begin to darken around the edges but the center will still slightly jiggle.) Cool cheesecake on wire rack 1 hour.

Bake at 325 for 10 min. Remove to wire rack and let cool completely. Cover and chill 8 hours. Top with hazelnut mocha shards, if desired. Garnish if desired. What's a really yummy recipe for a really yummy dessert?
Maybe this is too simple for you, but I'd recommend Jello Cook %26amp; Serve chocolate pudding. It has to be the cooked stuff, not the instant. It's easy, just heat milk and stir lots. It's delicous and the skin is to die for. Never any leftovers. Get the bigger box. A dollop of whipped cream on top and you're everybody's best friend.

well.. if ur into coconut.. theres this one realli good dessert i kno for it.. get a package of sweetened flaky coconut (usually 12? oz) and a can of condensed milk (14 oz too.. ), 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs and 1.5 sticks of butter. Melt the butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs and make a solid crust with it on a pan (dont buy the graham cracker crust itself..it wont work) and then when your crust is made pour the whole package of coconut on the crust and then pour condesded milk evenly through. Its tehn ready to cook (for toppings u can add chocolate chips, pecans, etc) and cook it on 350 until the top layer is golden brown (im thinking liek 30 -45 min) and then ur done.. hope u liek it!

Make a jello cake. You will need a box cake, a couple boxes of jello and a tub of cool whip. Make the cake in a 9 x 13 pan; when its done, pour it out of the pan on some wax paper and cut the layer in half. Put the bottom part back in the pan and pour half the jello over it, add some cool whip on top of that, and some fruit if you want, then add the top part. Use a fork to put slits in the top layer and then pour the rest of the jello over it. Then put more cool whip on top and refrigerate it for 2 or 3 hours. Yummie
you should probably try making cheesecake
