This is an extremely easy cheesecake recipe. It doesn't require a lot of ingredients, and if you like it plain you can totally throw out the pie filling! I loooooove cheesecake. It's so wonderful and good.





SIMPLE CHEESE CAKE





1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese


1 can condensed milk


1/2 c. lemon juice


2 tsp. vanilla


1 graham cracker pie shell


1 can pie filling





Mix or stir cream cheese, until slowly add condensed milk, add vanilla. Add lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Chill for 1 hour. Add pie filling as a topping cherry or blueberry. Chill another 3 hours.





NOTE: Instead of vanilla flavor you can use any flavor to give a hint an extra flavor.I am craving a certain dessert i need a recipe?
No-Bake cheesecake.





1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese


1 (8oz) cool whip


1 graham cracker or cookie crust you like


opt any flavor dry pudding mix





Beat the cream cheese , pudding and cool whip together. pour into crust . hill for at least half hour-- hour better.





may decorate with cookies pieces, fruit topping, may added food coloring and flavoring if don't use pudding.
Cheese Cake





Crust: Mix 1/2 melted butter or margarine with 1 c crushed graham crackers. Spread in your pan and up the sides. Refrigerate





Filling:





Mix with mixer until smooth


4 3 oz pkgs cream cheese


2 eggs


3/4 c sugar


2 t vanilla





Put in crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.





Topping:





1 c sour cream


3 1/2 T sugar


1 t vanilla





Bake at 350 degrees for 10 more minutes. Cool before serving.
