Hi can anyone give me a recipe for a dessert which includes Greek yoghurt & a pie crust?

I wanted to make something for the kids after their main meal but ingredients are minimal %26amp; I would like it to be some kind of pie as I have the crust %26amp; Greek yoghurt which has to be used up. so any ideas please?Hi can anyone give me a recipe for a dessert which includes Greek yoghurt %26amp; a pie crust?
Yogurt FIlling





2 cups whole-milk Greek yogurt


陆 vanilla bean, seed scraped and reserved


陆 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest


录 cup (陆 stick) unsalted butter


4 large egg yolks


1 cup sugar


录 cup all-purpose flour


录 teaspoon salt


2 cups fruit preserves, such as plum or strawberry





Pie Crust





鈪?cup all-purpose flour


鈪?cup whole-wheat flour


3 tablespoons wheat germ


陆 teaspoons salt


录 teaspoon ground cinnamon


陆 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened 鈪?cup packed light-brown sugar





Process flours, wheat germ, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor to combine. Add butter and sugar; process until dough holds together.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press crust mixture into bottom and up sides 0f a 9-inch pie plate. Freeze 15 minutes. Cover edge with foil. Bake until beginning to dry out, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool completely. (Leave oven on.)


Stir yogurt, vanilla seeds, and zest in a bowl. Stir in butter and yolks. Stir sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl; stir into yogurt mixture until smooth. Pour into crust.


Bake, wuth foil covering edge of crust, until just set in center, 45 to 55 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool 1 hour. Spread jam over center of pie. Refrigerate at least 3 hours (up to overnight).Hi can anyone give me a recipe for a dessert which includes Greek yoghurt %26amp; a pie crust?
