Om ali dessert recipe?

Does anyone know a good om ali (um ali) egyptian dessert recipe Plz let me know.Thank u!Om ali dessert recipe?
UMM ALI : Traditional Egyption dessert





Serves 8





Ingredients





1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed


1/2 cup chopped walnuts


1 cup chopped pecans


1 cup chopped hazelnuts


1 cup raisins


1 cup flaked coconut


1 1/4 cups white sugar, divided


4 cups milk


1/2 cup heavy cream





Preparation





Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.





Place the pastry sheets in the baking dish and place the dish in the oven. Watch it closely. When the top layer turns crunchy and golden, remove it from the oven. Continue until all the sheets are cooked.





Preheat the oven broiler.





In a bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, raisins, coconut and 1/4 cup sugar. Break cooked pastry into pieces and stir into nut mixture. Spread mixture evenly in 9x13 inch dish.





Bring milk and 1/2 cup sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Pour over nut mixture.





Beat the heavy cream with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over nut mixture in dish.





Place dessert under oven broiler until top is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Serve hot.Om ali dessert recipe?

4 pears


water or wine


1/8 t pepper


1/8 t cumin


1 /2 c vin santo wine


3 eggs


1 1/2 c milk


1 T olive oil


poach the pears in water or wine when done core them -crush into puree and mix honey pepper cumin and vin santo beat egg adding milk blend pear %26amp; olive oil pour in casserole bake 20 min# at 350 *

OK here is one but I don't like the almonds in it.





* 6 sheets of fillo (or puff pastry, pancakes, or bread)


* 6-8 tablespoons of butter, melted


* 2/3 cup black or golden raisins


* 1 cup mixed whole or slivered blanched almonds, chopped hazelnuts and chopped pistachios


* 5 cups whole milk


* 1 录 cups heavy cream


* 陆 - 2/3 cup sugar


* 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)





Keep the sheets of fillo in a pile, covered with a damp towel to keep them from drying out. Brush each one with melted butter and place them on top of each other on a buttered baking sheet.





But the buttered fillo sheets in a preheated 3500F oven for about 10 minutes, until they are crisp and the top ones are slightly colored.





When cool enough to handle, crush the pastry with your hands into pieces into a baking dish, sprinkling the nuts and raisins between the layers.





Bring the milk and cream to a boil in a pan with the sugar and pour over the pastry. Sprinkle, if you like, with the cinnamon and return to the oven. Raise the heat to 425F and bake for about 20-30 minutes, until slightly golden.
