Not exactly a recipe, but it shouls point you in what recipes you'd need.

The crust is Pizza Hut's thin pizza crust, they make it on a medium crust. Canned apple pie filling would serve as the apple base. They sprinkle it with ';crunchys'; much like you'd use for a cobbler, betty or dutch apple pie. They top it with a glaze similar to strusel which applied with a pastry bag.

So you'd need recipes for ...

Pizza crust, roll it thin.

Apple filling, or use canned apple pie filling.

Dutch Apple pie topping.

Strussel frosting. (Basicly confectionary sugar and water)

I hope this helps!
Simple.

Just crack open a can of Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough and open a can of prepared apple pie filling.

Spread the filling over the top of the dough and bake it at the temperature the dough wants to be baked at (see the package...)

The topping is just basically powdered sugar stirred with water or milk until it is thick, but still drizzle-able. You might also sprinkle some oats and brown sugar on top before baking.
The other answers sound good but chopp the apples up a bit, and DON';T bake it with the icing on top. That goes on after it's out of the oven.
