Check out KRAFT FOOD and FAMILY.com there they have TONS of basic dessert recipies.. For a work party I made chocolate swirl cheesecake.. Super simple but, very pretty recipie.. Also, the STRAWBERRY SWIRL CAKE is DEVINE and quie simple using a boxed cake mix... The Blueberry cheesecake bars are also a hit at any party!

You could also make mini cheesecakes with blueberry/cherry topping.. The crust is simply a nilla waffer and you use a mini muffin tin! You could even make it even easier and use the Philedelphia no-bake or premade cheesecake filling!

Good luck
This one is good and fast. Get store bought brownies and vanilla ice cream maybe even chocolate syrup or caramel, your choice, you can use the hersheys brand or go with a better brand (i will). Warm up the brownies just a bit and add a scoop of ice cream and swirve some syrup over it. Enjoy!!
Your idea of a dessert is jello???? Try going to www.allrecipies.com. They have tons of recipes with directions and everything you can print out. But first.... please please... expand your palette beyond jello....
new york cheese cake maybe? blueberry bread maybe? or maybe strawberry muffins? You can find them all on my blog - http://blogchef.net

enjoy.
