Does anyone know any good recipes for no-bake desserts?

I would rather not have to use my oven, because I am just cooking for two tonight and we don't have a toaster oven. I was hoping for something that won't take hours to prepare, ya know? Links are great =]

Thanks.Does anyone know any good recipes for no-bake desserts?

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup white sugar

1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a small bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of an 8 or 10 inch springform pan. Chill until firm.

2. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and lemon juice until soft. Add whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until batter becomes thick. Add the sugar and continue to beat until stiff. Pour into chilled crust, and top with pie filling. Chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, remove the sides of the springform pan.

Mom's Cheesecake

This is my Mom's cheesecake. It's thick and delicious.

80 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients

Crust:

Keebler graham cracker crust

Filling:

2 packages Neufchatel Cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1/8 tsp salt

1 tablespoon flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

1/2 cup light sour cream

Topping:

1 can cherry pie filling (separate out the cherries from the syrup)

1/2 cup light sour cream

Directions

Crust:

You can make your own graham cracker crust, or just use a premade one from Keebler.

Let the cream cheese sit out to soften.

Beat it and add the other ingredients. Add the sugar slowly and then add the eggs at the end, one at a time.

Bake for 45 min - 1 hour at 350.

Cool for 1 hour on rack.

Cool for 3 hours in refrigerator.

Topping:

Combine 1/2 cup light sour cream with 1/2 cup cherry pie filling syrup. Spread over the cheesecake. Place cherries (without any sour cream) in a circular pattern, or just heap them up in the middle of the cheesecakeDoes anyone know any good recipes for no-bake desserts?
Pudding Fluff 鈥?The Basic Recipe is great but there are several variations.

2 cps milk

2 sm box of Jell-o Instant Pudding any flavor you choose

16 oz container of Cool Whip

Graham Cracker or Oreo Cookie Crust

Put the milk in a mixing bowl, add the pudding mix. Whisk until blended, quickly fold in the Cool Whip. Scoop into the graham cracker or Oreo crust and refrigerate. This is also good frozen as a refreshing summertime treat.

Cheesecake version, use a potato masher to blend 8oz of softened cream cheese into the milk before adding the pudding mix and use Vanilla pudding. I like layering the cream cheese version with chocolate. The Yummy Berry Topping below or just a can of berry or cherry pie filling is real good over the cream cheese version.

Layered options, put half the fluff mix in the serving dish, then add a layer of;

1 cp mini marshmallows OR

10-12 sandwich cookie bits (Oreo, Nutter Butter, etc.) broken but not crushed OR

1 cp fruit 鈥?raspberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple, bananas

Spoon the rest of the fluff over the layer. Top with dabs of Cool Whip and a little of the filling.

The original recipe said to use Chocolate pudding but I think it could be good with other flavors too. Get creative and see what you come up with.

Yummy Berry Topping

1 lb fresh strawberries, cleaned and cut up

1 can raspberry pie filling

Mix the fresh strawberries with the pie filling and serve it with the cheesecake, vanilla or chocolate versions. Great with a container of blackberries added in. Could also be used as a layer in the above option.
MMmmm yes my sister's famous pineapple trifle! It takes only like 5-10 mins to prepare and leaves everyone craving for more!

Buy some gourmet cookies- biggish ones. Buy a pint of an interesting ice-cream flavor or your favorite flavor. I recommend Haagen Dazz brand.

Soften the ice-cream a little, then scoop a ball of ice cream. Press the cookies on it and freeze for 30 minutes. Gourmet ice-cream sandwiches.
