Dessert Recipe--See details!!?

I am looking for a dessert recipe for guests (including 2 kids aged 6 %26amp; 11 who are picky eaters). I want something that is kind of healthy (not too much sugar, no artificial sweeteners), completely homemade, and impressive (the father is a chef). It has to be something that can be served cold or reheated on a hotplate. Thanks!!Dessert Recipe--See details!!?
How about a Mexican Carmel Flan. It is easy to make and looks hard. It is difficult to tell what picky eaters will eat. You just have to prepare something you feel good about and hope for the best. Sometimes they are impossible to satisfy. Not your problem. More a matter of their bad manners.

Here is an excellent site with step by step pictures as well as the recipe.

both chocolatey and have [very healthy] peanut butter. and super-easy to make :-)
Ice-cream waffle sandwiches.....make your own waffles, (whole wheat is healthy) then just buy a one gallon brick of vanilla, chocolate, %26amp; strawberry...slice ice cream to your desired thickness and place between two waffles. Easy, quick and Delicious for all ages.
1 container of whipped cream

2-3 green apples

1-2 snickers bars

chop all ingrediants together and serve cold. Easy and tastes good.
Why not ask the kids what they like for dessert and make that?

Have them help you do it, if it's a last minute thing.
