Mini Peach or Apple Pies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh (or frozen) peaches

2 refrigerated piecrusts

2 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped graham cracker crumbs

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375.

Cut 5 circles from piecrust (can also be cut into rectangles). Roll out slightly, then place on a baking sheet.

Place about a 1/2 Tbsp., or enough to cover the crust leaving about a 陆 inch without graham cracker crumbs. Cut the thawed peaches into chunks. In medium bowl, mix peaches with sugar and cinnamon. Divide peaches among crusts. Fold edge of each crust up and over peaches to form pies. Before baking brush with a little bit of butter and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top (1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon). Bake about 25-30 minutes until pies are golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

***You can also use the apple pie filling from thes recipe above, but just omit the graham cracker crumbs
Have you tried burritos? Here's how.

You need 1 lg can refried beans

1can green chilies

grated cheese

1/4 tsp tabasco

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup onion

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 lb hamburger

tortillas

Brown your hamburger. Then rinse it in a colader. This will help cut down on the grease. Heat up your refried beans in the microwave and add the chili powder, green chilies, garlic pwder, tabasco sauce, onions and salt. When your beans are hot smear about 2-3 tablspoons beans on your tortilla. Add 2 -3 TB ground beef. Top with grated cheese. Roll in foil. There! You are done with the first one. Continue until all your ingredients are gone. To serve heat in the 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. If frozen, heat for 30 minutes.
Take english muffins, and open them. Add a little sauce %26amp; cheese, and put in the oven or toaster oven (if you are allowed to use them and/or have supervision). Easy pizzas!

Fruit salad is also easy. Just cut (be careful with the knives) fruit %26amp; mix.

You can also do pudding. Mix milk with a box of pudding, put in the fridge for an hour or two, and its ready.
