Pancake muffins? Maybe you can make it heres the recipe:

Ingredients

* 2 cups pancake mix ( in this case you might use the muffin mix instead

* 1 egg, beaten

* 1 cup of water

* 3 Tbsp maple syrup

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Whisk together pancake mix/muffin mix, water and egg until no lumps remain. Stir in maple syrup.

3. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

4. Fill each muffin cup about halfway up with mixture.

5. Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes or until done.

6. Makes 12 muffins.

With the fruit you got you can add peach or a cherry on top of each muffin I bet they'd be good!
You should be able to make a cobbler-like dessert. Make one of the mixes into a crumble topping by cutting with butter. press some into the bottom of a pan, top with fruit, then crumble the topping on top of the fruit and bake. Google a cobble recipe for the specific fruit you have to see about temp. and time. Remember, you may need to reduce time because it's canned fruit, not fresh.
Make what you like.
