pudding or ice-cream sandwiches if you have cookies at home and vanilla ice-cream put a scoop of the ice-cream in between to cookies and put them back in the freezer 4 another hour or 2 and then your good to go.

cookie dough
cut up strawberries or other fruit if u want
whipped cream/sugar/meleted chocolate
CUPCAKE SHEET (alotta ppl get confused)
so u put the cookie dough individualy (duh) in the cupcake thingies. u bake them and then you take all them out and put the strawberries and whipped cream or whatever in the cup annd eat-really good. I Call them Cookie Cups.
cheesecake
110g digestive biscuits
50g melted butter
60g caster sugar
350g ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
2 large egg yolks
the grated rind and juice of 2 lemons
10g powdered gelatine
150ml double cream
first make the base, by breaking up the biscuits into small crumbs, add the melted butter and mix well, place mixture into a loose bottomed flan dish, spread out evenly and flatten
for the filling
put the gelatine in a cup along with 3 tbs of cold water place cup in a small bowl with boiling water, to warm the gelatine through until transparent
put the egg yolks, sugar and cheese in a blender, blend for about a minute add the juice and rind of the lemons and the gelatine mix blend again until smooth
whip up the cream till you get a floppy constistancy add to the mixture in the blender and blend for a few seconds
pour the mixture over the biscuit base - cover with foil and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours
when set remove from the tin and eat
Jello Cake
2 baked 8 or 9 inch white cake
2 pkgs(3 oz each) jello- any flavor you like
2 cups of boiling water
1 large container of cool whip
1.Place 2 COOL cakes an a flat surface
2.then boil water and don't put cold water in the jello in 2 bowls
3.Spoon the jello onto the two cakes the flavors you picked
4. Then let it soak for 3-4 hours!
5. Then put the Kool whip on it!
6. ENJOY!
