I want to put something else inside the crescent roll 'cups'. I thought about just chocolate pudding...

You could put anything you want. Vanilla or chocolate pudding with a fruit topping, or just pudding alone, or just fruit. Or lemon curd and whipped cream.





You can pretty much put in anything that you would in a pie.





Fresh raspberries with a whipped cream or vanilla pudding (or any fresh berry.





Chocolate mousse (or another mousse flavor)

Reduce some blueberries and raspberries on the stove at a low slow temperature , adding 1/4 cup sugar or splenda if you care about healthiness , and you can fill these roll cups with this yummy sweet warm fruit filling , or you can lightly reduce the rasperrbies but so they still hold their form and put them ontop of the roll cups and drizzle with icing sugar , and a sprig of mint .
